How is Burdock Root tea prepared?

The infusion of herbs is prepared with two full teaspoons of dried herb in ¼ liter of boiling water . Let it sit for a few minutes and take it three times a day. With this healing Burdock Root tea, you will benefit from all its medicinal properties.
