As with all his electric foods, Dr. Sebi held the belief that people should eat non-GMO foods. This includes fruits and vegetables that have been made seedless, or altered to contain more vitamins and minerals than they do naturally. Some dieters consider the Dr Sebi food list to be too limiting for their liking. However, faithful followers of the diet feel that there are enough foods on the list to allow for variety. Although it may take some getting used to, the Dr. Sebi’s food list can be easy to adhere to and beneficial to one’s health.
